Zeropark is one of my favorite traffic sources for testing campaigns. They not only have a ton of traffic but a lot of good features on their platform.
Signing up is pretty easy, but it can be a bit daunting with how many questions they ask you. They only ask all of these questions to make sure you're not going to launch some shady ads that make all of their publishers mad.

Select that you do not have an account and you will be taken to the registration page. Here you fill out your name, email, and password you want to use to log into your account.
Next, you fill in your company name (you can use your personal name if you don't have a company) and address.
After you click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION," you should get a confirmation email from them. This email will contain a link that you need to click to verify your email address.

Zeropark has a 3 step advertiser application form. It's just basic info about you or your company.
