A new mandatory "small" checkbox in propellerads payment conditions, what are your opinions?

Hello dear forum friends, I was just about to top up my propellerads account, and have realized from now we all have to agree with propellerads' new mandatory little check box .

We all MUST agree with a second Agreement :

"Name" of the agreement seem to be harmless : the Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder's Credentials"

And Here is the context of the agreement :
