Recently I started doing lead generation for a small local business based out of US. This business does waxing but through sugaring. They use sugar instead of usual chemical wax and therefore these are much less painful.
I created a bot with the help of a tool called GoHighLevel, and this bot (which isn't a perfect bot) is able to have a nice conversation with the leads over SMS. I wanted to show you one of the conversation that it did with one of the leads. This bot has been supplied with 4-5 questions that it needs to ask the leads in order to warm up/qualify leads before the owner calls the lead and books the lead for appointment.
The whole flow of the funnel is
Following is one of the conversation it had with the lead:
1. Bot sends first message, doesn't get reply then

- FB traffic: lead gen form campaign
- Lead submits the form
- Lead gets SMS from the bot
- Bot asks the qualifying/warm up questions
- Bot follow ups with the lead IF they don't respond
- Once the lead has answered the question it then connects the lead with the business owner over call.
