Taco Loco has garbage service

I have accounts with other major traffic sources, and never ran into any issues. I thought I give Taco Loco a try. What is with the riot act on what offers I am pushing on their network, I told them mainstream, but they "We need to see the links!"

Aren't these geniuses reviewing campaigns before they are launched to prevent from nefarious offers from
