How should I start with monetizer?

I heard that monetizer is the best choice when it comes to remnant traffic.
But the dashboard of Monetizer is different from the dashboards of other networks I have seen
How should I start?
I checked Monetizer's academy guides,I saw a guide on how to create smartlink

If I want to use the smartlink of Monetizer as the destination for my LP's under/back script, should I create my own smarlink or select one from the smartlink offers and create link?
I don't understand the difference between these two, and I haven't found any relevant explanations in the academy.
