I feel like a bit of an idiot today, I thought push traffic was going to be the answer to all my dreams 
So I come from a PPC/social background (mainly in finance) and know the value of a click from those platforms, then I come across push and thought holy crap im going to make soooo much money here at the price these clicks are. A potential customer is still a potential customer right? Well its seems not and I got a big slap with a reality stick the other day.
So I ran a campaign using propeller ads for a UK lottery syndicate offering an introductory offer of £1 for 10 lines on that nights euromillions of over £180M jackpot. They told me they had a conversion rate of 3% to 6% with a payout of £12 per accept, so worse case should be around EPC of £0.30p. So if im getting clicks for £0.05P im gonna be rich in no time right?
So well over 200 clicks later and not one conversion and my spend had gone past what I'd get for one conversion, I panicked and paused.
