Whats a Good CTR in Native ?

Hey Guys!

I started with Native recently, with Voluum DSP, and I was wondering what is the range of a good CTR in Native?

I have some Ad CTR's between 0.00% and almost 10.00%. They differ a lot between different networks.

Things to have in mind:
The ads are the same in all campaigns.
The data is not in the same order in different device types.

Mobile
Native Network 1 - App traffic = 0.27% - 0.58%
Native Network 2 - Websites = 0.37% - 1.43%
Native Network 3 - App traffic = 2.22% - 3.64% - Didn't get a single conversion in this one and the CTR % is too high compared to the others.
Native Network 4 - Websites = 0.02% - 0.28%

Desktop
Native Network 1 - Websites = 0.02% - 0.14%
Native Network 2 - Websites = 0.07 % - 0.49%
Native Network 3 - Websites = 0.04 % - 0.59%

TABLET
Native Network 1 - App traffic - 0.08 % - 0.97%
Native Network 2 - App Traffic - 0.97% - 9.77%

Anyone can give me some insights?

Are these CTR's High, Average, Low ?
