Are there anyone from Tonic?
Firstly I cannot get my new account verified unless I had funded my account. I don't know why this is necessary but ok. I did it anyhow.
Now it says my account is blocked after I had just funded it? After I email to [email protected] asking for an explanation, I received an email saying that my account is closed due to security measures regarding my account without any explanation as to what security issues I had violated or how do I fixed them. yes, i will get a refund but I am looking for solutions and not a refund ...
Anyone also had similar issues and know how to fix them?
