Is it normal for your initial deposit payments to be stuck in "Pending" for 12+ hours?
Paid via US Verified Paypal Account.
I have everything ready & apparently approved but the payment is stuck in pending.
Their chatbot says they'll be back tomorrow but gives no info on business hours, etc.
Then they sent me an email stating they noticed my campaign was ready to go & asked me if I wanted to upload money (with the $$ sitting right there for hours).
I've never worked w/ an ad network before that didn't happily take my money......normally the wait is on the ad approval time.
