Today i start a campaign on middle east, I set the Cpa goal on 1.5,and the cpc suddenly become about 0.4, normally it shoule about 0.0X.
And i check that several zones lead to this problem, but in this case do you think the traffic source should return the payout? Does anyone will buy a click for 0.9 when the cpa goal is 1.5?Could propellerads tell me why i should pay for those traffic ???
