Promoting Offers Against Blackhat Competition

Found a few offers with potential but when I searched them on Google, plenty of competitors are running blackhat campaigns.

I'm talking the infamous Shark Tank landing pages, etc.

Would you advise against running white hat campaigns if competition is running blackhat on
