I believe this campaign will be successful because: I have had little success in the past with COD offers from AdCombo.
I am unsure about: Most of my profitable campaigns come from PPC search campaigns, I did push in the past but not for this type of offers.

I top up my account with $100 and create 2 different campaigns - one for desktop and one for mobile, both of them are approved with 4 same creatives.
I did some spying on push ads to see what are the best creatives for the offers that I will run.
