Everyone is always looking for the best CR or as we like to name it ‘’performance’’. However, this can vary a lot. One of the biggest factors that can play a role is the flow. As we got many question about the different type of flows that are ruling the mobile content market, we decided to write a (short) introduction of some key flows focussing on direct carrier billing offers.
Direct carrier billing offers only work when a carrier can identify the mobile number of the user for direct billing either through automatic detection or manual input from the user themselves. This is among others possible through a click flow. There are two types of click-flows namely 1-click flow where the user only has to press a confirmation button once in order to subscribe, and a 2-click flow where the user is asked to confirm twice. When the confirmation button has been pressed, the user will be subscribed immediately
Moving on to PIN submit offers.
With PIN submit offers, the user get’s asked to fill in their phone number. As soon as the user
