Looking for DSP for Mobile Apps

Hi all,
I’m looking for a mobile app DSP that either:

Has its own SSP (so they can provide traffic supply directly), or provides access to buy their traffic via RTB.

If you have recommendations or experience with DSPs that meet these criteria, I’d appreciate your input. Ideally, I’m interested in platforms with solid mobile in-app inventory.
