i have a problem with my server

i followed @Servando guide
How to upload your Landing Pages to a super fast VPS (Vultr) for $5
i did every step i bought a domain and selected custom DSN
ns1.vultr.com
ns2.vultr.com
after that i created my server everything was very well, but when i put my server and username and password in Cyberduck
it says connection failed. what the
