Follow Along CPV Lab Pro - Multivariate testing with a single landing page

So I followed along and have become stuck haha.

So I was able to download the HTML file of my landing page which I opened in Sublime Text to add the MV Lab Code and saved it as .PHP.
I then uploaded it to my server which was also successful but when I entered my URL in the browser it wasn't working.

I will reach out to CPV Lab support and see if I can get to the bottom of this and report back some results.
