Hetzner Billing Issue – Charged Again After Stopping VPS Usage (Need Help)

Hey everyone,

I need some urgent advice regarding a situation with Hetzner.

I stopped using their VPS service about 2 months ago (didn’t log in, didn’t use anything). But they kept sending emails about unpaid invoices. It got annoying, so I finally paid one invoice just to stop the emails.

Now the frustrating part — they’ve generated another invoice for a new billing period, even though I’m not using anything at all.

I’m honestly confused:

• Do they keep billing unless you manually cancel/delete the server?
• If yes, is there any way to stop this now and avoid paying further invoices?
• Can they take any action if I don’t pay this new invoice?

I’ve already emailed their support asking to cancel everything and stop billing, but not sure how they’ll respond.

If anyone here has faced something similar or knows how Hetzner billing works, please guide me. Don’t want to keep paying for something I’m not even
