I hope someone here can help me with an issue I’ve encountered with PropellerAds. My account was recently suspended, even though I completed the KYC process and had my campaigns approved. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear explanation about why this happened.
I’ve tried contacting their support team multiple times, but they’ve only stated that the suspension was due to a decision by their policy team, without providing further details. I’m just an advertiser trying to run campaigns and follow the rules, so this situation is quite frustrating for me.
If anyone from PropellerAds is monitoring this forum, or if anyone here has experienced something similar, I would greatly appreciate your advice or assistance. I’m willing to fix any issues if they exist, but I need to know what went wrong first.
