Gambling related creative -> adult dating

Could you please explain this behavior to a newbie? If I check Anstrex for gambling creatives, there are some advertisers who advertise with casino-related creatives (e.g. spin the wheel, etc.), but the redirects lead to adult dating websites (e.g. reifefrauen). These are campaigns that run for weeks. Is this just a coincidence, or may these actually convert (casino creative -> adult dating offer)?​
