Email List vs Content Locking?

Hello guys!

I have a PDF guide that I want to monetize but I'm wondering what would be the best way to do it?

It is in a very specific niche and it's in 5 languages, since I have organic visitors from many different countries.

So far my options are:

• Opt-in email list to download the guide (not sure about this since I'll need to create email campaigns for many countries)
• Content Locker (assuming they're interested enough to complete the offers)
• Niche oriented site full of banners or native ads + push + back button... you know all the stuff + email Opt-in
• Ant other ideas?
