Do leads delay?

Hello people! This thing happened to me 2 times today and once yesterday. I use Bemob+Monetizer+Propeller ads. I start campaign get some data and I don't see any leads so I stop it to not spend more after my own limits for testing but after some time while running othercampaigns I see suddenly good leads from my previous campaign that If I saw few hours before I would've tried do scale that campaign better. I usually check stats at Monetizer League section which I believe shows leads quicker than bemob or propeller. Idk why is that delay. Also I ran campaign yesterday and stopped it already and I see leads in the next day from the same campaign. Any suggestions?
