DialUP Traffic and Proxy Traffic exclude both?

I always exclude Proxy Traffic i think traffic quality might be lower or comes from bots / rented ip's any opinions on that?
Regarding my offer it only allow Wifi should be Cable/DSL and Carrier should be Cellular so I'm wondering what about Dialup should I exclude it, is it just junk traffic?
Because I can't see it in being beneficial not sure if anyone else is excluding it
