Cash On Delivery - Improving Redemption Rates

I've hit a few profitable COD campaigns on facebook so far, but one question keeps going above my head, how to make the best efforts so clients will redeem products in a high rate. both to be able to get bumps and scale further, and also to not get kicked out of offers

this is an issue I havent found much info so far, other then testing landing pages,
trying to exclude leads from the ads so they don't get too many second thoughts im clue less
