Adplexity to Spy on RevContents

I believe that RevContent allow you to target only specific widget IDs for your campaign.

Does it mean that I can just copy some high performing Widget IDs using Adplexity and run a very similar campaign targeting these IDs?

I mean, I don't want to steal or duplicate somebody's campaign, but atleat I could save some money on testing various targets on
