I am unsure about: ...I'm using PopAds (for their low minimum deposits + siteID data) and Monetizer (because I like their data and I have like $100 pending on there which I think is near payout threshold).
I'm going to be focusing on the strategy that I've seen @Akahma mention -- which is finding domains from PopAds siteID.
I'll be using the ZeroPark method since I find that to be the easiest for me to do.
Then once I find a siteID that I'd like to target... my goal is to make a landing page catered to those website visitors that will likely get them to engage. I'll also likely end up spit-testing offers that are <$1 and whichever ones Monetizer data shows to have the highest eCPM and revenue recently for whatever slices I end up targeting.
