Has anyone encountered something similar while adding funds to "PropellerAds"?
I added 100$ dollars to "PropellerAds", while using a Revolut Disposable virtual card.
After one day, the payment still did not reached my account and I wrote to support.
Support asked me to ask whether the payment is processed by my bank provider. I did other steps also (like cleaning up cookies, updating the page, using another device)
I wrote to "revolut" support and informed, that the payment is completed from their side and money has been sent.
I attached a transaction statement, the answer from support and still, "PropellerAds" asked to demand a chargeback from the bank provider, when it is a fact, that the money has been sent.
I asked for official document from "PropellerAds" that they didn't received the transfer, or something that I could attach to the application for the chargeback, but they just told to attach a screenshots from the chat with support.
I filled a form for a chargeback on "Revolut" but the support claimed, that it is not a valid reason enough for a chargeback.
