Anyone doing good in mVAS with Adsterra?

Hi everyone! I was told by my AM that some of the affiliates are recently doing good with Adsterra focusing on mVas vertical. Then I created several campaign (using a simple Prelander to guide users enter their cell phone number) and got rejected with merely "policy not allow" reason. Are there some secrets I failed to know that made me got rejected?
