I just set up a direct click campaign at PA yesterday (GR) and got smashed with some record-breaking CPMs because of survey exit clicks!
(The most rabid CPMs, including 8566333 are "giveaway" clicks.)
On the flipside, it looks pretty
for the publisher if they're delivering 300K impressions per day at those kind of rates:
