PropellerAds Account Suspended After Top-Up – Need Help!

Hi everyone,

I recently topped up my PropellerAds account, but right after that, my account got suspended. I’m not sure why this happened, and I’ve read the possible reasons in the notification, but I still don’t know what specifically caused it.

Here are a few details about my situation:

• I’m based in China, and due to local internet restrictions, I need to use a VPN to access the PropellerAds site.
• I haven’t done anything against the rules, but my ads have been rejected multiple times, so I’m wondering if that’s the issue.
• I used a legitimate payment method, and I’ve never had any issues with payments before.

Has anyone here experienced something similar? I’ve already contacted support, but I thought I’d ask here for advice as well. Thanks a lot for any help!
