I've written here on affLIFT quite a bit about how I am doing Whitelist CPA campaigns on Galaksion. I like the CPA bidding model on Galaksion because it really makes any clickloss you might run into not be much of a factor (and you will likely run into clickloss).
But, can a CPM whitelist also work?
Well, with the CPM bid, clickloss can be more of an issue (because you're actually getting charged for the lost impressions). But, if you've built a list of good performing zones and you want to try to scale, you may want to try a CPM whitelist:
