Imagine...

Youā€™re running a campaign and you think that itā€™s looking good!

Itā€™s converting and itā€™s earning and you reckon you can get it profitable.

Youā€™ve cut any zones with ā€œ2x payout and no conversionsā€, but now what?

What should you do about the zones with ā€œ2x payout and 1 conversionā€?

And what about the one thatā€™s breaking even with ā€œ5x payout and 5 conversionsā€?

Or the one thatā€™s green (but low ROI) with ā€œ9x payout and 10 conversionsā€?

Should you keep testing them or cut them?

The good news is that thereā€™s no ā€˜rightā€™ and ā€˜wrongā€™ in this business. I mean, itā€™s not like youā€™re a cardiothoracic surgeon, so you donā€™t have to worry about making fatal mistakes. You can test different options and compare the results, then choose what works best.

But if you donā€™t like guessing, then you could also take a mathematical approach. That way, youā€™ll at least have a ā€˜scientificā€™ basis to your strategy. And that might give you more confidence if the guessing game is not your thing!
