Voluum support has always emailed me back within 24 hours, often much sooner. My plan comes with 4h email support.
I sent 3 emails this week and they haven't replied, even though 2 out of 3 times I received auto-responder emails from them confirming receipt of my emails.
They have always provided such incredibly detailed answers to my questions. I'm hopeful it's simply a technical issue.
