Voluum PHP LP Protect issue

Hello Everyone, Mostly i have used Self Hosted Tracker (Binom), Managing Multiple Servers seems time consuming for me, so bought Voluum Tracker Yesterday. While setting up my Lander with Voluum PHP LP Protection code, i faced an issue. For example, I am not able to access my Lander even through Campaign URL. So, contacted Voluum support and told them about this issue, but unfortunately they are unable to do anything with that and told me to wait upto 5 days. Currently i am not able to pause my Advertising activities because of this issue. So help needed from any existing Voluum users or from Voluum support here. Thank
