Setting Up Campaign in PopAds

When I set up a campaign in PropellerAds I can choose a connection type of All, 3G or Wifi. How can I do this in PopAds?

In @Luke 's guide, the bid distribution map shows the traffic for a price point. When I go through PopAds "traffic" is replaced with "campaigns". Am I doing something wrong or have they changed this?
