Seting Up Tracking Links in Monetizer

I've set up a campaign using Monetizer, PropellerAds and BeMob. When I go into my Monetizer account and click on Leagues, no data is returned. But when I click on Manage Links, I can see the leagues my links belong to. Any idea why the Leagues page is blank?

I've noticed that if I click on Manage Leagues a box appears which is empty. Should I have a postback URL here and if so, where do I get it from?
