I think this follow along will be a little easier to follow since I am now familiar with PropellerAds Smart Link and PeerClick 
I am setting up the campaign in PeerClick so I'll be split testing the CPS and RS (revenue share) smart link from PropellerAds. I am going to use PopAds adult traffic.
To start, I will use both desktop (Chrome/Firefox) and mobile (Android).
This should be a big fun test. I am going to budget $10 just to see how it goes. I am going to target the top CPS GEOs from the Smart Link rate card.
I put a low ball bid of $0.0005.
