Some affiliate networks will require you to create an invoice to be paid. One example is MOBIPIUM. This becomes a fairly common thing as you move into different business opportunities. I use Google Sheets to create my invoices and I've had to create literally hundreds of them for affLIFT:

This was something I struggled with at first too so I understand. As I said, I now use Google Sheets to do it and it's very simple. You can use this template to setup your own:
