I've been running this campaign for awhile and this is the last 30 days...
This campaign has had a healthy ROI. What might surprise you though (unless you read the title of this thread) is that this was a simple direct link (no tracker) and I turned off the Monetizer Smartlink Fallback.
I am going to test more campaigns like this and I am sure there will be plenty of losers, but turning off the Smartlink Fallback has made it so I can aggressively bid a specific CPA on Galaksion and I believe it also helped prevent my campaign from getting flagged by Google since there's no "bad" offers rotating in.
Obviously, this only works if the offer has a good conversion rate. It was listed on the Top Offers on Monetizer when I started it. It also only works if the offer has good uptime (is not quickly/often paused). It was paused on 3 separate occasions but only for a few minutes each time.
I believe this can be replicated and I'm planning to setup about 10 campaigns today to try. Feel free to give
