Hello Luke,
I have heard of something called smart CPA in Propeller ads network but never had ran any. Likewise in many other advertising network as well I have heard that you can run something similar to smart CPA. After my research I found in Propeller, Adsterra, Adcash etc network one can run campaign in which you get charged only when you get conversion but small profit of conversion goes to them. Unfortunately this was quite expensive as min budget is $1000 and may be I need some paid(Tracking tools) tools as well but I m planning to to start this but confused if its real or not?? I am confused do they only charge me only when I get conversion?? And does that kind of conversion get accepted in in PeerFly?? Please can you make me clear on this query. Thank you for you
