How to track CJ conversions with Google Ads?

I've got a website with a CJ offer that is doing okay with SEO. Figured I'd give some paid marketing a try starting with Google Ads. How does one track conversions with a CJ affiliate link using Google Ads? I won't be able to direct link for this particular offer so I'll be driving traffic to the page that is getting SEO traffic.

I searched the forum and ran across AnyTrack and RedTrack saying they are capable of this.
