How to Send Campaign ID or Traffic Source ID to Monetizer?

Hey Guys,

Anyone know how to send the campaignID or trafficsourceID token to Monetizer? What variable do they use? I know other networks like ClickDealer use the s1 or s2 variable. But what variable does Monetizer use to pass this data to them.
