How to optimize without conversions?

Hi guys, my name is Mohammed Kanwal and I'm new to affiliate marketing. Yesterday I ran a campaign using PopAds + Bemob + Peerfly offer and I got 13k visits but unfortunately no conversions. I direct linked without a prelander. What I'm doing wrong here? and how can I optimize my campaign without conversions, please help
