[Help] Conversions recording in Mobidea but NOT in BeMob (Postback Issue)

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie in affiliate marketing and I just started my first campaign running a Sweepstakes offer. I'm facing a tracking issue and really need your help to spot my mistake.

My Setup:

• Traffic Source: PropellerAds
• Tracker: BeMob
• Affiliate Network: Mobidea

The Problem:
I can see 3 conversions in my Mobidea dashboard, but my BeMob tracker shows 0 conversions. Consequently, PropellerAds also shows 0 conversions (CPA Goal optimization is not working).

It seems the postback from Mobidea to BeMob is broken.

Here is my configuration:

1. In BeMob, I used the default Mobidea template. It set the query string parameter to pub_click_id. (See screenshot attached).
2. In Mobidea, I placed the Global Postback URL provided by BeMob.

My Question:
Should I change the pub_click_id parameter to tag in BeMob settings? I read some documentation saying Mobidea uses {{EXTERNAL_ID}} which links to tag, but the BeMob template defaulted to pub_click_id.
