Galaksion Follow Along Contest - $7000 in Prizes!

Together with my friends at Galaksion (@Galaksion), we are launching a massive Follow Along contest with $7,000 in prizes! For the next 4 weeks, you can post a thread about your Galaksion campaign using any GEO or vertical and win money just for the participation. If it's a good follow along...you could win even more!

This contest is open to all members of affLIFT and very simple to join

GALAKSION CONTEST BREAKDOWN​

• CONTEST PERIOD: November 1st — November 29th (threads created after November 27th are not eligible as contest participants)
• VOTING: December 4th — December 11th

On December 4th, I will create a poll with each participating member’s follow along. You will have an opportunity to vote for your favorite follow along and help us find our winners. The voting will continue until December 11th.

The contest starts today and you have 4 weeks to secure your winning chances until Monday, November 29th. A prize pool of $7,000 will be paid via PayPal or Payoneer to winners announced on December 11th.

THE PRIZES​

The prize categories are as follows:

• Top 3 special prizes — Forum Favorites decided by a poll.
• Money prizes distributed among all participants.

FORUM FAVORITES — $5,000 prize pool​

The affLIFT community will choose the top 3 winners via voting.

On Wednesday, December 4th I will create a poll among qualifying Follow Along threads and all members are welcome to vote for their favorite. Based on the number of votes, three participants will receive a Forum Favorite award:

• 1st place — $2,500
• 2nd place — $1,500
• 3rd place — $1,000

PARTICIPATION TREASURE — $1,200 (split up)​

All threads qualifying for entry will be awarded a money prize! $1,200 will be divided among threads that meet the requirements and are outside the top 3. For example, if there are 12 participants, each of them will receive $100. Everyone will get a prize!

BONUS FOR UTILITIES — $800 (split up)​

Great news! Right away, utilities will bring you guaranteed cash on top of your ROI. Galaksion is encouraging everyone to try the hot utility vertical with their traffic and you're guaranteed additional prize money for testing it out!

Just like with the participation trophy, $800 will be distributed among all entries running their campaign on utilities verticals.

HOW TO QUALIFY​

1. Register on Galaksion.
2. Confirm your participation:
   • Newcomers: make a minimum deposit with your 15% promo code by the registration — AFFLIFTGFA15
   • Existing advertisers: send a message to your manager on the Galaksion. Text with your codeword — AFFLIFT7000
3. Launch a campaign (no format, vertical, or GEO restrictions).
4. Create a Follow Along thread.
5. Respond to this thread with a link to your Follow Along.
6. Post at least 5 updates in your thread about how the campaign is progressing (as detailed as possible).
7. Spend at least $100 in total on your follow along campaign (or it will not count as a participant).
8. Wait for the results.
9. Receive your prize!

I am excited for this contest because Galaksion has been one of my main pop sources for awhile now. I almost exclusively use their CPA bid option to run my campaigns and I recommend you test that as well.

"Prize pool too large" is not something I expected to read.

Everyone who participates will win some money.

You will only be able to vote for 1 follow along likely in this poll so the results should be more representative of the best follow alongs

As we all know, most of us can't make it into the top three, and we often have an idea of who might be there in top three. I'm not counting myself out; I'm just being realistic about the ability of many of us to compete with the top three in this forum within a one-month period. That's the reality.

It is an excuse.

I can already anticipate who will end up winning the grand prizes. I'll participate for the entry reward, but I don’t have high expectations for the quality of the follow-along content that ultimately wins the top awards.
