Can You Collect Monetizer Push Subs If You Direct Link to a Different Affiliate Network?

Let's say I want to direct link to a different affiliate network like lemonads or clickdealer and I don't plan on using a landing page, can I still collect Monetizer push subscribers? If yes, how do I set this up? Thank you
