Okay, I am going to be honest, this may be the easiest guide I've ever had to write.
I just finished installing Binom on a fresh server and their auto installation makes this superrrrrr simple. If you are planning to use Binom, I recommend you install on a fresh server as well.
I am using DigitalOcean and it seems most people recommend DigitalOcean for Binom. The server I am using costs $10/month and it should be able to handle all the traffic I am about to throw at it. If not, I'll update the guide.
