Am I Tracking With Skro Right?

Hello Everyone, I recently started some pop campaigns with mobipium and I tracked with Skro, the only issue I faced is that the conversions and payout data was not being sent to the tracker so I made some changes on my mobipium postback. If anybody can tell me if this setup is right I would really appreciate it.
