I made a ClickDealer account a couple months ago but have since only promoted 1 offer (and received 0 conversions). Moreover, I want to explore the sweepstakes vertical. Because ClickDealer has many sweepstakes offers with high payouts (1524 as of this writing), I will promote a ClickDealer sweepstakes offer on Galaksion. I will begin with 2 pop campaigns for each geo of interest and go from there.

1. whitelist campaign targeting high-converting zones I have identified in other campaigns
2. blacklist campaign excluding the zones from the whitelist campaign

Moreover, I will use SCPM instead of CPA bidding model for 2 reasons. The first is that, because this is RevShare, the payout per conversion will vary, so it's not clear to me what payout per conversion I would set with CPA. The second is that CPA campaigns are more fragile to recent negative results and therefore more likely to die off even if overall the campaign performed well.
