I'm using BeMob and I want to test a landing page that has 3 offers. When I create a campaign, I see it only has 1 click URL?

Mailchimp offers free accounts and they also have a landing page builder which they host on their fast servers. So, is it a good idea for someone on budget to use those as simple landing pages?

Is there anything else I need to do in the settings below to enable BeMob to track and show bot traffic in the stats? I just checked today and bot filters was set to disabled initially by default.

Which is the highest quality, best converting and with least fake clicks traffic source from your experience so far?

What is the average conversion ratio one should expect from a push traffic source? For example on IM solo ads one can expect 40% optin rate, similarly on bing one can aim for 1 to 2% rate on a low ticket offer.

Should one start with high bids when testing a campaign, so it can attract high quality clicks? Or bid the min. to receive as much clicks as possible for testing purpose? Or go for suggested bid?

I'm unable to find a thread where steps for optimization are listed. Like, how much to spend before moving on the next offer? Which variable to optimize first? The device? The platform? The browser? or Feed? or IDs? How much to spend on a feed or site id before shutting it down? I'm just...
