So last year I started messing with an idea… and it accidentally turned into a bit of a monster. I originally pivoted it into a SaaS, then realised the thought of doing “normal SaaS customer support” makes me want to smash my nads with a rock, repeatedly!!
So I rewired it into a closed / invite-only system instead and thought… why not make it an affLIFT member perk?
That meant ripping out the billing system and building an invites setup (because apparently I hate free time)
I was so close to releasing it pre-Christmas, then I got into a bit of a disagreement with my maker and things got shelved for a while. Well… I’m back on it now and feel it’s probably time for other people to actually use it and tell me if it’s any good, or do I just give up and crawl back into my dark dingy corner and play with my marbles?
I won’t overshare the details just yet (for obvious reasons), but it’s a monitoring-focused app I built to keep an eye on the stuff that loves to break while I’m looking somewhere else.
